"Stay bizzy" is a common term used by Nigerian rap group, ZTG. It is used mostly by members like "Skii" and "Zen" (AKA. Z Scam). It has multiple meanings including:
Staying productive: Continuously dropping music, videos, or new projects to keep your name out there.
Hustling: Keeping busy with activities that contribute to their success, whether that's music-related or otherwise
Staying on the grind: The idea of staying motivated, getting money, and not being distracted by things that could derail progress.

"If you want to keep your head straight and avoid trouble, you just need to stay bizzy—keep yourself occupied with work or something productive."
"I gotta stay bizzy in the trap, moving weight all day to make sure the money keeps coming in."
In this case, "stay bizzy" refers to staying active in the drug trade or illegal activities to maintain income and keep things running smoothly.

JD: Hey, how's it going. Sorry I can't stay, I've got to be awake at 6 o'clock tomorrow.
Regis: There's nothing wrong with "staying short"/"going short"/"short tripping".
You go to a bar with the intent of being there only to be seen, have one drink, see someone that is conveniently available and GTFO (get the f**k out) as soon as possible.
