(verb) A practice where people sit outside of an outdoor concert so they can listen gratis to the performance. This may be done because they do not want to pay, the show is sold out, or it involves less engagement from them.
A: Did you guys go to the Jay-Z concert?
B: Yeah, but we just concert picnicked because we are cheap.
B: Yeah, but we just concert picnicked because we are cheap.

The painful and intense urge to attend a concert. Basically the same as baby fever, except it's about concerts. Concert fever often starts by seeing pictures/videos of a concert, or hearing peers discuss a recent concert.
Friend 1: "Did you hear about the Of Mice and Men concert last night?! Someone went deaf from the speakers and some got trampled in the pit!"
Friend 2: "Stop, you're giving me concert fever!"
