I can tell you that autism's not an entirely negative thing and some people think it's the next step in evolution due to the intelligence of some autistic people (you seen Elon Musk or Greta Thunberg?) and can make people successful in life.
Now I won't ignore the fact that there are some deficiencies, as it can make people a little on the sensitive side and a little socially awkward, and in the case of classic autism (autism that's not considered high functioning/Aspergers), it can lead to some speech delays etc, but people get successful in life, you know.
(I wrote this definition as a teen (15 years old) who was tested for autism at the age of 5, and as a teen who was never told the result by their parents. I have a suspicion I was diagnosed, but once again, I was never told.

A good example is when a guy will spending hours making strategy spreadsheets for his favorite game instead of talking to his hot girlfriend. He might also join a philosophy debate group and spend his Saturday nights talking to them instead of his hot girlfriend. You see where this is going.

Lots of people on the internet joke about autism because they don’t understand exactly what autism is, or are just completely rude and oblivious. Not trying to point anyone out but there are these types of people in this world.
People on the spectrum not only have mental issues, but physical as well. In these cases, they are sensitive to sound and sometimes have tics. Very similar to ADHD but they still have a distinction.
At the time this is written, Autism has no cure. Even if there is, there is no “ONE SIZE FITS ALL” that will get rid of it immediately. Autism also has good advantages. In some cases, autistic people may be above average in intelligence, which is phenomenal when you think about it.
All and all, autism has its good and bad things. Despite what others say, autism can be a great thing. Sure, you stand out but it just means your special. Hence the slogan:
