Get the Welfare sodamug. A ratchet-ass joint that you can buy for a relatively small amount of money and make a shit-ton of money every month guaranteed because the state is very inefficient at finding appropriately priced housing for homeless people.
To get a loan to purchase the $1.8M welfare hotel, I was told I had to provide a 30% downpayment.

Get the welfare hotelmug. A Republican state that is a net-loss to the United States, taking more money then they give.
This is usually extremely hypocritical since these "welfare-states" are vehemently against welfare and promote "pulling yourself up by the bootstraps" as a socially accepted standard.
States dependent on federal aid:
1. Montana 46.1% - republican
2. Wyoming 44.5% - republican
3. Louisiana 43.7% - republican
4. Mississippi 43.3% - republican
5. Arizona 43.1% - republican

It's not that they can't work, it's that they see welfare as a better alternative, sometimes partly because the jobs they are capable of doing don't pay as much as the welfare cheques do.
