The desire to hook up sexually with someone you haven't seen or heard from in many years. Can also refer to the actual sex act with said person or persons from your past.
Comes from the name of a warm and fuzzy nostalgia series that used to air on VH-1; you don't actually need to have been alive in the 80's to drop this phrase.

Dean: Dude, you'll never guess who I got a random message from on Facebook last night! Sarah, from Mrs. Russell's Home Ec class, remember her? You should see her now, she's smoking hot!
Gene: No shit? What's up? She trying to remember the 80's, or what?
Dean: Oh yeah buddy, I'm totally meeting up with her tonight and I am gonna knock that shit OUT!
Gene: Word son! Get me some stealth pics!

1:
Baureihe 80 a particular type of compact German steam powered shunting locomotives build for the Reichsbahn.
2:
The model of same locomotive.
Due to being cheap to make as a miniature this locomotive was often featured as a model train in starter kits and in the kind of model railroad kits you would often sell to kids around Europe, hence many grown up European enthusiasts often had a BR 80 as the first locomotive in their collection. And an equal amount probably lost their interest in model railroad due to the sometimes rugged quality of these models and the fact that they usually featured in the most stingy equipped starter kits together with only a couple of wagons, no switches and only with enough track to make a boring loop.
3:
Being in an early and/or less glamorous stage of something or having beginners equipment.

BR 80 was a common middle heavy steam shunting locomotive in Germany for many years.
I remember my first model train, it was a BR 80 by Lima with a green passenger car, it was a horrible train. But I still keep it.
I know that my camera is terrible but I am at the BR 80 stage of photography.
If you want to start programming micro controllers start with the Arduino Uno it is BR 80

A Welsh person who claims pride over their country, often using sports events such as rugby or football to convey it, but then regressing to an Anglo-British view of Wales. This regression might be seen in their political, cultural or philosophical view of Wales. They will often have a more regional view of Wales within the UK, referring to it as "too small" or "too poor".
The 80 minutes refers to the length of a rugby match, often touted as the most "patriotic" sport in Wales, and that often support for their country ends shortly after the final whistle, essentially making their perceived Welshness irrelevant.

English person: "Yeah but Alun Cairns says that Wales is too small to be independent and he's Welsh"
Welsh person: "Yeah but he's only an 80 minute Welshman! He doesn't give a damn for Wales the rest of the time!"
