(abbreviated USB) : an offensive term for a Hispanic child born in the United States to illegal alien (i.e illegal immigrant in U.S. Border Patrol/immigration authorities slang) parents.

IMHO we could dissuade illegal immigrants from illegally coming to the United States by denying automatic birthright citizenship to their United States Begotten (or Begottens).
