Halton moor is a little place where youngsters blow up police cars,steal motorbikes and sell abit of weed. The olders of halton moor are usually quite paid but not from the best of jobs. A person who has a motorbreath is someone who drinks so much alcohol that he could drive a car with just his breath. So motorbreath is a word that explaining how your breath smells booze.
