To describe happiness or excitement about an event. In relation to a fag's excitement over working in a pickle factory.

Ex: "Chad: I WON THE LOTTERY!"

"Chad's Wife: thats great hunny how do you feel?"

"Chad: HAPPIER THAN A QUEER IN A PICKLE FACTORY!"

An instance of extreme elation similar to the felling experienced by a homosexual when trapped in a bag filled with his food of choice.

"I just won the lottery in the middle of a recession and now i'm happier than a fag in a bag of dicks!"

Extremely pleased, as when a gay man has a whole lot of penises to play with.

He was happier than a sissy with a bag full of dicks when he found out he'd won the lottery.
