Drunk-knocker

That overly intoxicated person that repeatedly slaps/bumps/taps or "knocks" on your shoulder to get your attention.

My sister is shy when she's sober, but after a few beers she's a total drunk-knocker. She interrupts everyone, tapping on their shoulders saying "hey, hey, hey".

Alcoholic drunks depend on being drunk and are addicted to the feel of drunkenness. Alcoholics are the Still drunks

another drunk is called a free Drunk which is also called a freed drunk they are happy fun and energetic and basically conscious of they're limit without hangovers and or internal body or mental damage. Freed drunks never become addicted to drinking. Freed drunks are sometimes extra loud.

Ive never been 'a drunk'
I'm happy I'm a free drunk
with this new world order I am happy to be considered a freed drunk than an Alcoholic drunk
