The effect achieved when people unnecessarily reply-all to an email that only required a standard reply, unnecessarily filling everyone's inbox with unneeded crap.

There goes Jim again, constantly creating reply-all pollution. I wish he realized there are 100 other people on this email chain who don't care!

The reply-all pollution on this team is suffocating!

A non-binary person who acts exactly like a reply guy, but with the addition of using their status as an enby as a cudgel to prevent criticism of their actions as an internet bully.

Jay is such a reply them, they keep coming into my tweet threads and trying to take over the conversation to make an unrelated point.

Bri really needs to stop being such a reply them, or I'm going to block them.

Charity Replies

When on an online dating site or app, Charity Replies are when you start chatting with someone who otherwise does not find you attractive, but for some reason continues to reply feeling some sort of obligation. This usually results in ghosting or the friendly fade.

I was talking to this guy on POF. He obviously had no interest in me and was just giving me charity replies cause they were always just one word answers and he wouldn't reply for hours at a time. I can see when he's been online! Then one day he just kind of vanished...
