Someone who is impossable to communicate with when they are under the influence (Taken from the chimpanzees used in the early days of teh space program who were impossable to communicate with when they were in orbit).

Jerry's gone space monkey on us. Three tequilas and he's in his own orbit!

comp

Term used in the gaming (gambling) industry to describe gratuities given to frequent gamblers or high-rollers. Trunication of "complimentary" and often used as a verb.

Harry's uncle got comped a steak dinner at Harrah's after winning at Craps.

To lash out violently and at random, often in a blind rage. Term taken from the 1990's incidents of workplace violence involving US Postal System workers.

I was so angry at work with the new workload, I was afraid I'd go postal.

To vomit loudly and/or violently.

A gambler at a casino machine who is oblivious to his/her surroundings.

She's such a slot zombie that a fight broke out at the craps table behind her and she didn't even turn around.

A now obsolete type of automobile engine that used eight cylinders in a row, instead of two rows as a V-8 engine does.

The old roadster had a straight 8 engine.

A now obsolete automobile engine that had six cylinders in a row, instead of two rows as a current V-6 engine.

My old Chevy Nova had a straight 6 engine.
