A person into follow, believe, wear the trends. A real fashionista do not believe in the trends and she has her own sense of style and doesn't wear what trends tell her. She's not a fashionista wannabe believes in the trends like everyone else.

girl 1: she has colorful she's not a fashionista
girl 2: No I do not dress like anyone else believe in the trends I wear what I want to wear that represents me

realista

doesn't call themselves a fashionista, trendsetter, stylista. Is real to themselves and real to their own style.

person : I don't need to dress like anyone else are into wearing the trends. I am my own person I am a realista.
