Feeling insecure about ones skin. Skinsecurity is commonly found in acne sufferers and people any other color than vanilla white.
Girl 1: hey, are we still on for tonight?
Girl 2: i got this gigantic pimple on my nose yesterday, and i'm really skinsecure right now, raincheck?
Guy: yo, waddup my nigga!
Black guy: please don't call me that, it makes me feel skinsecure
