To be down to do something, in agreeance with an idea/in anticipation of doing something hella balls to the wall awesome, but in a relaxed and chill fashion.

Down+Easy=deezy

Person 1: You guys wanna hit up the party tonight?
Person 2: Yeah, but I'm so deezy but let's get some food first.
Person 1: Aight, I'm deezy with that.
