Get the Velvetmug. A Redneck version of Eggs Benedict. Instead of half of an English muffin, topped with Canadian Bacon, a poached egg and Hollandaise sauce there is half a biscuit, topped with a sausage patty, fried egg and gravy. Despite it's Southern Origins and use of pork, it is fast becoming a favorite in North East Jewish Communities.
Once again David sneaked out of Brookline to enjoy some Redneck Benny in Dorchester before his Hebrew lessons.
