a tease is someone who either intentionally or unintentionally slowly arouses you while they pretend they don't know they're doing it. It's someone who can bring you to the edge of the cliff and then hold you back from what they've made you want the most. Teases usually find this act fun but it can get annoying for the other party, possibly resulting in consequences for the tease.
