Acronymn for Limp Dick Arms. Popularized on the internet by a parody of Tankmen on Newgrounds, TANKMEN THREE!!! You can view this cartoon by going to newgrounds, and searching that name. This usually describes people that have floppy arms. Can also describe a motion you make with your arms, when you flail them wildly like they are made out of jelly.
