Not Too Small To Jail

People who are poor and outcasts in society that are jailed for offenses that are specifically designed to harass, segregate, and disenfranchise them. For example, homeless being arrested for sleeping on a park bench, or vagrancy laws for having no source of income. Or resisting arrest, without resisting, or without charges for the arrest. In some cases trumped charges such as assault on a law enforcement officer are added for those who are not disobeying a law. These charges can be extremely serious and intimidating, even when they have no basis in fact.

When people are protesting they may also be subject to harassment and intimidation, especially when the police are gooning for the 1%.
City Commission Meeting
Speaker one:
There are homeless people in our parks. One was charging his cell phone from a City power pole. And another was drawing with chalk on the sidewalk. This is serious. Pretty soon some charity will be feeding people in the park.
Speaker two:
These homeless offenders were clearly not: "Not Too Small To Jail"

Anonymous Extraordinary

People of exception talent that make major contributions to the work of great leaders, but who remain largely unknown for the work they do. The credit for major movements often goes to single iconic individuals, ignoring or making light the incredible contributions of those around them.
While Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. is given credit for the civil rights movement, it is the work of the army of the Anonymous Extraordinary that made it happen, and succeed.

deconstitution

A political stategy to remove or severely limit enforcement of provisions in the constitution that generally provide more freedom and liberty and rights by selectively enforcing provisions in the constitution that protect the rights of minorities and disadvantaged and basic freedoms of all. Also to knowingly appointing judges that will remove or severely limit provisions in the constitution that protect citizens, by writing absurd strategic legal opinions that misinterpret the constitution and to take provisions from the constitution out of its present-day context. so political, economic and social justice is perverted in favor of special interests.

Technically this strategy of deconstitutionalizing government can be done legally by directly changing the constitution, however, it is rarely done, mainly because taking away constitutional rights is highly unpopular.
Typically provisions are added to the constitution to give more rights and to remove loopholes.
Deconstitution is much like the political strategy of deregulation for nefarious purposes, such as to allow negative externalities and consumer fraud which hurt people in favor of special interests.
In most cases, the Constitution is clear and concise with regard to basic rights and freedoms. However, there is a major effort to promote the deconstitution of government so that politicians have the freedom to do what they want to whoever they want.

cash register justice

Typically any situation where municipal and traffic violations are strickly enforced and fines are levied. Unfortunately for the poor who cannot afford to pay, the tab gets bigger and violations are compounded for not paying the original fines.

In some cases cash register justice can be a method available to those that can afford to pay the justice system and meet minor stipulations to get their minor criminal charges dropped and expunged from their record.
Cash register justice can be a "pay-to-get away with it" kinda thing especially when criminal charges are dropped and expunged by paying fees to the prosecutor in additions to minor stipulations. This may available to all in theory but easily taken care of by the rich, but not easily affordable by the poor.

Corona-shamed

When a person is shamed for not using proper hygiene or taking the proper precautions during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Typically this is done on social media to celebrities that are closely associated with a COVID-19 case or have had the virus and do not take proper precautions to prevent the spread. While the person can be shamed for violating quarantine guidelines to do errands for which delivery is possible, or when they do not wear a mask in public places and/or do not respect the property distances, etc. But it can also be for saying something stupid like COVID-19 is just like the flu, especially when it is peaking and 2,000 people are dying.
Just after his live broadcast from his house to describe the horror of his wife getting a positive COVID-19 test result, the celebrity was found in a local Pharmacy buying sunglasses, which he could have gotten online. This caused as ruckus in the store as he was Corona-shamed by some and fawned all over by others. His loud sneeze could be seen all over social media.
