Leaving a turd laying across a rack that goes above a toilet when the rack was blocking the upper tank area of the toilet in the process of attempting to leave an upper decker (top shelf) in someone's toilet.
Person 1: did you upper deck the toilet at travis' shitty party?
Person 2: i couldn't, there was a toilet rack blocking the top part so i left a green monster instead.
