An often exceedingly craptastic piece of fanfiction which alternates between a story and song lyrics. Not a bad idea by itself, but usually not done very well at all.

I read a songfic last night to 'Sk8er Boi'. I wish to hunt down and torture the author.

shonen ai

Literally means "boy love." Slash with an emphasis on "awwww . . . cute!" Not to be confused with yaoi, which is graphic male/male porn. Shonen ai is generally fluffy and not particularly explicit.

I read the most adorable shonen ai Harry Potter fanfiction the other day . . . It was Lupin/Sirius, set in their school days. They were playing wizard chess and wound up kissing. Lupin is so cute when he blushes!

mindfuck

1. To mess with someone's mind until they are quite confused.

2. A thankfully obscure type of porn that occasionally shows up in fanfiction where a penis is inserted into a hole drilled in someone's skull. No, don't go looking for this. It's scary.

2. I read a Lucius/Draco mindfuck and then I threw up.

1. A synthetic fiber or fabric made from a polymer containing polyurethane, used in the manufacture of elastic clothing.


2. Spike/Xander/Lex threesome pairing. I have yet to see this actually occur, but it's fun to think about.

3. I'm writing a Buffy/Smallvill crossover. It's spandex.

The female equivelant of shonen ai. A female/female romance with an emphasis on the 'cute' aspect. No porn, no sex scenes, just adorableness.

Sometimes referred to as the Pit of The Über-Voles or AFF.net It is not, in fact, located at adultfanfiction.net, but has a lengthy web address and must be found through googling. It is a website hosting mostly fanfiction, but including RPF and original. Every story is porn. It is home to an astounding amount of NC-17 badfic.

She visited adultfanfiction.net and read a lemon between Spike and Buffy.
