In reference to the dynamic of being screwed over or mistreated by someone of trust. Leaving another deliberately shortchanged or at a disadvantage they don’t deserve. More SFW than ‘f*cked over’.

“I let him borrow my car once. He kept it for 12 hours, wouldn’t answer my calls, got a parking meter ticket AND brought it back without replacing the gas—the gage was on E. This is why I don’t do favors for certain people, they’re just gonna do you doggy.”

Conversation maneuver used by someone with an agenda to get a specific piece of information without direct questioning.

He was angling to discern if I called the police or not once I noticed my watch had been stolen.
