A mild oath. Roughly equivalent to saying "Jesus Christ" as an oath, but less severe, and used so as not to get stricken down for blasphemy.

Geez Louise! I can't believe this definition isn't in here yet! (Actually I saw one but it was misspelled.)

bear report

n. Trucker-speak. A report of the location of state troopers (smokey bears, or just bears) patrolling the road ahead, usually obtained from vehicles moving in the opposite direction which have just come from the place for which you want a bear report.

Trucker1: Break 1-9, Eastbound.
Trucker2: 10-4, this is Eastbound.
T1: How about a bear report?
T2: You're looking good all the way to Guitar Town.
T1: 4-10, trucker friend.

n. trucker term for the person with whom a law enforcement officer is currently occupied. When the cop has a customer, he can't come after you.

1. v. i. To make an amazing play. Generally used in basketball, but can be used with other sports. see come up big (2)
