The scandal in which liberal-biased CBS newsanchor Dan Rather aired on his 60 Minutes program documents that supposedly showed that George W. Bush received favorable treatment during his service as a national guardsman. The documents were later shown to be false. As a result, Rather's career has gone down the toilet, and he is resigning and stepping down from CBS Nightly News, effective as of March 2005.

Get the SPQRmug. 1. An incident in New Mexico in 1947 that was supposedly wreckage from a crashed flying saucer. Later explained by the government to be a weather balloon, the Roswell incident has become a holy grail of sorts for conspiracy theories and ufologists. In the 70s, "evidence" surfaced that there were bodies recovered, even though witnesses to the original incident made no mention of bodies.

Get the Roswellmug. A philosophical school which attempts to link African peoples togheter, especialy those in America with those in Africa. Sometimes, however, it makes claims which are not true. For example, they claim that Africa is the heart of human science and technology. However, much of human science and technology developed independently in different parts of the world, at different times. Sometimes they will make anti-semitic claims.
