(miss-taht) Noun: When you get an emotionally driven tattoo whilst under the influence of anything which causes your inhibitions to be lowered, such as drugs/alcohol and/or love which you decide at a later time to be a mistake.

A regretted body modification

A tattoo that isn't what you wanted or is subpar by fault of the tattoo artist.
