When you have to take a shit but someone shows up or something distracts you so you have to wait until they are gone or until the distraction is over.
Peter: "I gotta take a crap, maybe i can do it before the guests get here."

Peter: "Nope, looks like I'm gonna have some constipatience and pile dinner on top of that."
