Get the Special K Challengemug. (adverb) Riding in a convertible car with the top down, but the windows up. Usually done in an effort to either: reduce the amount of air turbulence (and/or blow back), increase the seating compartment temperature or cut down on the amount of road noise.
Coined by poker author Mark "The Red" Harlan; a reference to John F. Kennedy often riding in his parade convertible with the top down and the windows up. (Ironically, the President was *not* riding Kennedy style on the day he was assassinated -- all the windows were rolled down that day.)
Sometimes shortened to just "Kennedy."

Get the Kennedy stylemug. (noun) The way people grind to an unbelievably slow trundle when surrounded by either too many opportunities to buy (like a shopping malls) or garish tourist attractions (like Disneyland).

Get the tourist torpormug. (noun) In a convertible it's the (somewhat surprising) way the air blows from the back of the car toward the front. Many convertible drivers wear hats to reduce the effects of blow back. Fancy convertible makes such as Mercedes, BMW and Porsche often mount a screen behind the car's front seats to reduce blow back to those passengers.
Red thought he was all cool in his convertible until the blow back pushed his cap over his eyes and he ran down that mailbox.
