acting in a manner, wearing, or especially, sporting car acessories that are overly flamboyant or tacky.

Back in the day, curb feelers, wire wheel hub caps, and hanging rug balls in you 225 was negroidial.
Currently it's shiny chrome wheels, pine tree deodorisers, chain license plates are negroidial.
