It's hard to explain,but the Creoles's are white people with close black-ancestry and that's confused with white. Take a look at Beyonce's skin tone. That is an Creole in all their glory. Creoles's aren't mixed by any change,they just have close black-ancestry. And they're not only in Luisiana. They're European,Caribbean and pretty much in all countries.
