This is a person who only does what they want. They do not listen to anyone, even if they suggest a perfectly good idea using common sense. They know the law very well, so be careful. They can sue you successfully and live off this for years. All while working in their Versace robe.
Grace: Hi honey, don’t sit in a tent in front of Best Buy. It’s 20 degrees. The TV isn’t worth it.
