The act of purposefully causing drama upon a person by ridiculing them in a public or private fashion, blacklisting them from any types of work (jobs) or to believe that said person is out to ruin your life or another person('s) by thought of personal preference (usually associated with bias or lack of understanding thereof of said person). Commonly used with the word 'targeting' to refer towards the act of an individual who has 'targeted' said person.
So-and-so person has targeted me, because I posted my opinions on certain things that do not agree with their perspective of things in the world or internet.
