An attractive person that is usually but not always of mexican descent.
Someone who is a Smexy Mexican is two or more of the following: attractive, kind, physically built, rich, intelligent, has an attractive voice or foreign accent.
A Smexy Mexican is used to describe anyone who: sweeps you off your feet, is desired as a partner, is underappriciated, or any of the above qualities.
In short, anyone who is Smexy, Mexican, and/or a combination of these things.
