Charlie Nash

He is a character from Street Fighter. Charlie was actually first referred to by name only during Guile's ending in the original Street Fighter II, but was first seen in Street Fighter Alpha. (Charlie may have been an off-color reference to the Vietnamese...Charlie's Japanese name is actually "Nash") He was Guiles best friend and was reportedly killed by M.Bison on an undercover mission in Thailand...or so Guile and Bison thought. Charlie has returned from death several times, and shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon. His fighting style is virtually identical to Guile's.

2) From Soul Calibur series: There was once a ninja clan that was massacred at the hands of a vengeful lord. Yoshimitsu, the sole survivor of that clan, swore to avenge the fallen, but was no match for the army that protected the lord. Helpless and alone against the enemy, Yoshimitsu the avenger was chased off. Although he lost one arm during his harrowing escape, he managed to cheat death only because of his considerable ninjutsu abilities and a great deal of luck. Despite this experience, Yoshimitsu could not give up his desire to avenge his clan. He saw opportunity in a rumor that circulated within Japan during that time and decided to travel overseas. Soul Edge, the ultimate sword—if only he possessed that sword, he would surely be able to cut down an army at will. Yoshimitsu traveled across the continent, chasing down rumors of the sword. When he finally reached Europe, he came upon the aftermath of a massacre. During that time, a series of mysterious killings wreaked havoc and spread terror across Europe. The bloody carnage before Yoshimitsu’s eyes reminded him of the slaughter of his clan.

hwoarang

He is a character from Tekken series. Hwoarang was drafted into the military back in his homeland of Korea and was assigned to a special operations division. Although his successes in various missions were highly regarded along with his prowess at Tae Kwon Do and combat techniques, his penchant for disobeying rules and orders gave his senior officers more than a few headaches. Hwoarang was uninterested in military life and felt a strange emptiness within him. He longingly recalled the days of hustling money in street fights and the rush he experienced from hand-to-hand combat. He often thought of one fight in particular - the fight against Jin Kazama. These longings could not be quelled by the military. One day, Hwoarang found out about the announcement of the next Tournament. Hwoarang’s blood stirred. He would defeat Jin, Heihachi Mishima, and anyone else who dared to challenge him to claim the Mishima Zaibatsu. Filled with excitement he hasn’t felt in years, Hwoarang slipped out from the military base and headed for the Tournament.
