One who aroused when thinking of their mother. A combo of the words mother and boaner. Can usually be brought on even after the arousal by just mention the name of ones mother.
When getting aroused his girlfriend said his mothers name sending the thoughts he had out of his head and straight to his mother, thus creating a moaner.
