An excuse given by parents and or banking institutions and or individuals not to give and or hand over funds due to insufficient funds errors and or to the go get a job salary referral phrases. Usually with reference to a source and or no source where if there is a source needs to be linked and legal and if not the bank and or financial institutions and or individuals will keep returning apologies and or insufficient funds errors and or thanks for trying responses. In rare cases its used as a allowance of investment into specific industries and or individuals like presidents and or bank ceos and or private equity and or funds raising, high net worth and or super wealthy people however rarely hits earth in observable and or useful ways which positively contribute to society other than a forest of new trees and or dramatic visuals of something man made mega structures that crowds of people use and pay fees for otherwise new buildings or some special technology but I cannot say I have seen much modern applications in person. Its mostly online visuals and then some urbanization. Like skyscrapers, trains, computers, electronics, roads and some other applications. Usually and or mostly owned by other people and or industries and more noticeably most recently covered in pay walls and requirements. Also dam walls and bridges or telephone towers.
You have insufficient funds, but the bank is working says everyone except the receiver of the insufficient funds or the sender of the insufficient funds, yours truly. You only, or I only have insufficient funds because I don't have a job say parents. Even if I download the jobs and try and setup the systems to pay myself a salary unless the salary is available and works unless I pay the various lawyer and bank fees from the funds I haven't received yet. I will not receive funds and will keep receiving insufficient funds errors and poor people responses until I single out a rich person and force them to fix the bank which is borderline illegal and shouldn't even have to be done even with law enforcement and a case number and a solicitor which is so extreme for a conservative person to have to do and is also borderline mad said no one ever.

Get the Unexpecting Mothers mug.Supposed to be a wealthy person from school, university and or the social network that its possible to meet with that allows cash flow dispensation requests. However is very difficult to find one these days with all the information privacy. Otherwise its someones parent, parents etc. Otherwise its a business that produces money.
Did you ask that Cash Cow for financial assistance with accounts payable? No I replaced the query with a search for a junior and or senior accountant with some experience in a small, medium and or large origination and some work experience, that knows a thing or two about salary authorizations and allowances however I haven't narrowed it down to exactly whom to ask.

Get the Nocareer365 mug.A conversational discrepancy while unemployed and or not receiving a salary to make deductions from that occurs every attempt to make fee payment request to a parent or friend and or during a job interview with a potential employer and or trying and justify not having a job due to failures and or inadequacies. Usually involves raised voices and sometimes physical contact. In the less evolved and or poorer societies sometimes leads to one and or the other dying through some type of unsolicited rage and is labeled domestic violence in certain law enforcement agencies police reports and or files for one example and then the other person has to get arrested and or go to jail with some type of manslaughter sentence for a certain duration of years and sometimes multiple years after some low grade detective is supposed to followup on a missing persons report. Otherwise generally arguments are found in programming languages however have more to do with system arguments rather than human conversation text and more to do system, programming and handling errors, mostly jargon and difficult to label in intellisense in the ide for solutions and pops out for sde as a programming coding error and or bug reporting error where not all the coding end points are defined and or the specific plugin fixes and requires some sort of patch job. Some educational institutions create debates. Generally avoided
I don't want to get into an arguement over "insert sensitive topic and or subject word here" because this is the solution "insert solution" said no one ever.

In the botnet each computer receives a bank account, employer and tasks which would otherwise be allocated to human users to stem unemployment and over population flows into public and private space thus not upsetting the balance of the workforce and the offspring of future generations.
