A critical term for a micro studio "its cozy" apartment. Particularly ones in cities where land value increased so much that old buildings sub divide prior units.

I've never been lived on the East Coast but the term also applies in San Francisco (maybe Honolulu) - not LA (home) or Sea. I pay 2.5k for 500 feet^2 so I walk to stuff, reach stuff my pad without walking, being near the wimonz, and my job.

They exist in Asia/Europe too but they don't am-English there so they use a different word, I assume.

Beer snob

A rare type of person who drinks beer for other reasons than taste and or inebriation.

Due to the lower cost of beer, there are less of them than wine snobs.

In the age of craft beer, this term is being used in temporary English.
Beer snob: You don't like X type of beer? You are not a true beer lover!
Beer lover: Let me enjoy the beer I enjoy?

1) Acronym for San Francisco, New York, and Los Angeles. {SfNyLa}. I would say, the most multicultural, global, and thus influentual and rewarding cities in the United States. The only cities that I would ever live in (again) in this country. Please know I mean no offense to any other place and love to visit there!!

2) Saturday Night Live
I can see myself calling SNL or some other 'special'/(global) cities my home.
