adjective - to be severly intoxicated, usually on marijuana although alcohol intoxication fits just as well. the word is the result of people in a state of severe intoxication stumbling to say the right word and mashing together "eliminated" and "annihilated". declaring that you have reached this state usually means you will stop consuming drugs and try to get a hold of yourself.
(after taking an enormous bong hit): "oh my god, im elimilated!"
(at a party):

noun - a person who comes to a party or a gathering where drugs or alcohol are being consumed and becomes too intoxicated too early or just too tired and falls asleep, passes out, or leaves. this term is used to heckle a person in that situation.
Party host: "aw man im tired, i gotta go bed, you guys gotta go home"
Guest or guests: "BOOOO!! NO-HANG!"

when a girl is on top of a guy and intentionally or unintentionally comes up too high and then down again really hard so that the guy's wang comes out while she's up and then gets painfully bent when she comes down because it doesnt have time to re-align for for re-entry.
