a state of high wherein youre feeling especially 'above the clouds'. typically refers to gas but can be applied to the effects of alcohol at the point where youre feeling buzzed but not tipsy or decapacitated. definitely refers to a more chill and layed back state.

Bel is an extremely compassionate person ; an empath who knows she’s sensitive but will still get hurt if she’s called out for it.
