Magic kitty's definitions
A commonly accepted definition for this is someone who does morally questionable things for the main sake of causing chaos or destruction. There are good trolls and bad ones. A good troll has properly calculated actions to cause as much disruption as possible. A bad troll is one who either takes it too far or simply relies solely on stereotypes, edginess, and slurs as trolling. What makes a troll even better is if there are layers to them - as in, not always insistent on being an asshole, and maintains the ability of being serious and nice, even. Not all good trolls have to fit this criteria, though.

Get the Drop out mug.I feel like this is misunderstood. Now, here me out. I'm sure we all know that one "attention seeker" in our lives, whether it be online or at school, or even in your own friend group. It may even be you who you think of when it comes to mind.
Let's look at this at the most basic and fundamental level - why do people attention seek? Well, to seek attention, of course. But why? Could it be because they don't get enough attention at home, or good attention? Could it be because they feel like no one cares about them, and so they do things to themselves to have a sense that someone cares? They aren't doing it to worry you, they're doing it to feel important.
Of course there are some exceptions to this, like causing drama amongst people or cause them to fight - they don't deserve sympathy, but if what they're doing affects them primarily, think twice before you judge so harshly. After all, they just want someone to care about them, is that really so bad?

Hi. In middle school, I used to be an attention seeker. I wasn't a bad person for that, I just felt like no one cared about me and I was getting ignored. I was yelled at and mistreated at home, and got called vilifying names. So at school I often did certain things for attention. I'm disgraced by this now, but I grew to realise what it meant. I wanted someone to care about me, to listen, to feel loved. Do you think I'm a bad person for that?
A lot of people do a lot of stupid things, but the main question to ask is why.

Often times, retard is used as a slur. That's probably why you looked this up, but I thought it'd be funny to give an actual definition to it as well. So yeah, you learned something! It's not always a slur, sometimes it's used to mean something else, too. But under those contexts, it's best to use "slow" or "delay" as opposed to this word, due to the negative connotation this word holds bu default.

Get the 16GB phone mug.An overlapping abbreviation of Bondage and Discipline (BD), Dominance and Submission (DS), Sadism and Masochism (SM).
Bondage - Tying up or restraining your consenting sexual partner. Usually the restraining is done by the dom (dominant) and the sub (submissive) is the one restrained with handcuffs, rope, leather, scarves, rubber, cling film, chains etc. Sexually arousing for some, as the exchange of power is exciting, and the helplessness of being bound allows some people to really let go and enjoy themselves. Also, having complete control over a willing partner is very arousing.
Discipline - Any activity in which one person trains another person to act or behave in a specified way, often by enforcing rigid codes of conduct or by inflicting punishment - i.e spanking - for failure to behave in the prescribed way.
Dominance - A person in BDSM who dominates a submissive person. Usually the one who disciplines or ties up the submissive person and/or the top (the person who ties up, punishes etc. the submissive person).
Submission - A person in BDSM who submits to a dominant person. A submissive can be a slave and/or the bottom (the person being tied up or whipped, etc.).
Sadism - The tendency to derive pleasure, especially sexual gratification, from inflicting pain, suffering, or humiliation on others.
Masochism - the tendency to derive pleasure, especially sexual gratification, from one's own pain or humiliation.
