To force federal employees to work without pay due a sitting President shutting down the Federal government over a political policy that they want passed before they allow any bill to fund the Federal government to be signed into law without the threat of a presidential veto

Gundamentalist

A gun A person who goes beyond the language of the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution and takes his or her unrestricted right to bear arms as a tenet of religious or quasi-religious faith.
A gun owner with a self-rightous additude toward him or her interpretation of the 2nd Amendment of the U.S. Constitution that they will go to extreme lengths to harass, slander, defame, and stalk those who disagree with them online who even disagrees with their views. Engaging in Doxxing, organized down voting (Cheating) on social media.
Willfully ignorant and unwilling to except that in their views on constitutional interpretation of the 2nd amendment are not the only one's out there. This cause a Gundamentalist to go into knee-jerk denial when approached with inconvenient truths regarding gun studies that don't fit their narrative.

Fiscal Sabotage

The use of Fiscal means to sabotage or undermine Government programs by cutting revenue through the means of Tax Cuts for the Wealthy. Doing so creates a deficit which to some political movements believe can only be fixed by cutting funding to Government Programs that don't approve of.

The use of Fiscal Sabotage can create a Strategic Deficit for those who don't approve of government programs that help the poor

A Conservative ideologue who tries to censor articles that might hurt their political views on Digg while promoting ones that promote their views. To a Digg Patriot everything is about partisan politics, regardless of the trends, and popularity of articles on Digg.
Originally a Digg Patriot gathered on a Yahoo Group called Digg Patriots to receive orders form other Digg Patriots on what articles to bury.

GOP Compromise

A type of oxymoron.

Ask for more then your target amount of concessions from the opposition party. Then argue down to you what you originally wanted to begin with giving the illusion of compromise.
Billy wanted a cookie so he demand three from his mother. She said no, so he made a GOP Compromise and ask for one cookie. Not wanting to see a melt down his mom gave him one cookie.

Moderate Bait and Switch

When a candidate for political office, runs a political campaign portraying themselves to the public as being political moderate then where the candidate actually stands on various political issues in an effort to broaden their appeal to a larger group of voters.

Upon winning the political office the candidate ran for, the new elected Politician then reveals themselves to the public to be a partisan hardliner who instead of working with both parties, toes the political party line that they are affiliated with. Often pushing for policies that the party they affiliated with wants regardless of what they pledged on the campaign trail.
Despite portraying himself as not being a partisan hardliner during the General Election campaign, Senator Smith pulled a Moderate Bait and Switch on the voters of the state that elected him and proceeded to vote in favor of policies he said he would not support on the campaign trail
