Bunch of company asskissing retards who throw out grievences filed against a company based on the sex of the person who filed the grievence.

UAW International dismissed the grievence because she didn't have a shlong hanging between her legs.

Word for the manager of a business, usually but not always fast food, who has a secret stash of twinkies or other snack cake hidden in their office.

Rick is so damn fat that they nicknamed him the twinkie king of the factory!

Spevs

Elderly, crotchety old men who think the world owes them favors because they are veterans. They will usually ask for special discounts, expect special favors and walk around like they are better than younger veterans because they served in the "real wars". Spev is short for "Special Veterans" and is likened to the derogatory term sped for "special ed". Note that not all veterans act like this and therefore not all veterans should be referred to as this.

Those crotchety old spevs were in again today whining about how we don't offer veteran discounts.

maternal unit

The female body that gave birth to a person who chooses not to recognize that female as their mother for whatever reason. A disowned biological mother.

Jennifer isn't my mother. She's the maternal unit that happened to give birth to me.
