This term is simply taking the word mother and saying it in Spanish and adding the slang word for fucker at the end. This is obviously a spin off of mother fucker, but it is just a funnier way of saying it.

This is the combination of exclaiming "Jesus Christ!" and "God!". This slang term was derived from Louisville, KY.

One who stabs and is known for stabbing, most likely a thugsta or gangsta or killa manilla, thus the word has an "a" at the end of it rather than the normal, non-slang suffix "er".
