A term used as an indicator of excitement and/or surprise, coming from the PogChamp twitch emote and its derivative "poggers", the term has since gained popularity in the LGBT community as well as ironic meme circles

ADHD is a neurological disorder, it stands for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. It comes in many forms, so it would be hard to explain it in one definition, but no, you can't feel or be ADHD for a period of time and not have it for your whole life.
