A chain of retail stores that sells very over-priced candles and other fragrance items (air fresheners, wax melts, etc.). Not only are the prices ridiculously high for such items, the employees constantly stalk you throughout the store, sticking their faces in yours and saying whatever they think will convince you to spend $30 on a candle.
After purchasing one November Rain candle from Yankee Candle Company, Hank realized that he would now need to borrow gas money from a friend.

(Or grandpa shopping.) The practice of making a trip to the grocery store almost every single day and only buying food for one day's meals/snacks at a time, rather than shopping for the whole week, two weeks, or month. Often done by people who have a lot of free time on their hands - i.e. elderly retirees (hence the name), stay-at-home moms who are waiting for kids to get out of school, etc. This daily trip to the store is the main social event of their life.
When Claire had gone six months without a date, she was tempted to start granny shopping just for the increased chance of meeting somebody at the grocery store one day.

When a person, usually a female, uploads pictures of herself to Instagram and then makes self-deprecating comments in order to get compliments. She is likely to describe herself as "grungy" and point out that she is not wearing make-up. This behavior also occurs on Facebook and Twitter.

When a shopper fills their cart with anything that looks interesting or good, giving absolutely no thought to the cost of these things. They proceed to the check-out lane and hold up the line as they ask the cashier to scan different combinations of items, until they finally decide on a group of things that they are happy with *and* can afford.
While most people with a limited amount of shopping money would take the time to add up prices in their mind/on paper/on a calculator, and estimate their total, this person seems to believe that they can grab whatever and it will just magically work out somehow. No matter how many times they leave without everything they selected, they will always try it again next time.

When you are on a paid vacation week (or two weeks) from your regular job, and start a new job during that time. You work the new job during your vacation and then quit at the end. You get paid from both your regular job and the short new one.

A variation of ponytail hairstyle that is frequently worn by trashy, white chocolate, or redneck women. The base of the ponytail is tied up on top of their head (as opposed to the back), with the rest of the hair falling down in one greasy-looking section; sometimes a braid.
Brandine put her hair up in a trashytail so everyone would be able to see the "Duck Dynasty" quote on the back of her t-shirt.
