Ballynahinch (population app 10,000) is a market town in Co. Down (Northern Ireland)
Not worth a twenty mile trip to meet someone who is non compliant.

Ballynahinch is a place where people learn fast. It could be worth visiting the place second time. Contact the non compliant man. A guided tour around the town and surrounding area is to be considered. Ask to see the river and old windmill up the hill behind the library.
