A variety of laugh used by lowly members of society. Generally used by small, skinny, pagan weasels that have low self-esteem and feel the need to fabricate absurd stories in order to impress others. This laugh either follows or precedes such a story.
Aspirationally speaking, I should be getting roughly $100,000 back on Obama tax returns. Shhhhhhhhh!!!!
