An extremely gay person who hums songs to themself and in the middle of the sad humming breaks into a rage destroying everything in site. After coming out of the trance like destruction state the subject is cool with everything.

The sound at the start of foreign athletics races before the 'bang', as opposed to 'take your marks' (onomatopoeia). nb. Word probably does not actually exist even with a similar, different spelling, it's just the interpretation of the noise and it's spelling (if it was a word/phrase) by one individual.
