A chode that is sober.

Person 1: "Dude! Where the fuck is Alex?"
Person 2: "He stayed home... didnt want to come out tonight."
Person 1: "What a sober chode."

Used to confuse. Does not have any real meaning. Used when you really don't want to say yes or no, or even answer the question for that matter.

Person 1: "What are your plans for the weekend?"
Person 2:"Sure does"
