A common expression used by those who are insane, but in denial about it. They have common symptoms of schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. They also believe in a heaven-like place which they call "The Funhouse".
Person 1: "Hey Kit, how's your sleeping pills working?"

Trailing is the sexual act of when you rub your pink finger against another man's anus, until they release poo onto the finger nail. They then leave it to dry, before scraping it off with their teeth.
