Bilge Snipe

A naval term for the people on ships who work below decks, in engine rooms, bilges, etc. These sailors have been known to get nose bleeds when they go above waterline.

My brother was a bilge snipe the entire time he was on the USS Enterprise.

Military term for a Bad Conduct Discharge. In many ways, equivalent to a felony conviction.

Private Petty got the Big chicken Dinner for deserting.

khaki sacker

Term used for a married person at work or in the military that brings a lunch to work every day thats packed in a brown bag by their wife. Also known as a "brown bagger".

We're going to Mcdonalds for lunch today. All of the Khaki Sackers are staying put.

Naval term for the day after payday, when nothing seems to go right, especially shipboard evolutions.

Damn! tomorrows gonna' be amateur night.

Someone who sweats profusely. Fat boys are sweat grenades when active.

I was a sweat grenade after that workout yesterday.

Military term for the "delicacy" known in civilian life as Chipped Beef on Toast.
