A movement for white people who want to be victimized like minorities. They either get diagnosed or diagnose themselves with a mental illness so that they can get attention from others and brag about how unique and quirky they think they are.

Like Karen, she's a middle aged mom who uses facebook and likes minion memes, but typically, she's not as loud and aggressive as a Karen. Although she may still be entitled, bossy, and annoying in a more low key fashion.
Susans are much less likely to cut their hair short like what is seen with a stereotypical Karen.
When encountered on their own, Susans may nag you for whatever reason it is that bothers them, but without all the rage and energy that a Karen has.
